Terms and Conditions for the 2-in-1 Stargazer Pushchair Competition

1. Eligibility

1.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
1.2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.3. Employees of didofy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

2. How to Enter

2.1. The competition will run for one month, starting from 01/09/2024 and ending at 11:59 PM on 30/09/2024.
2.2. To enter, participants must sign up to didofy newsletter and complete all details on the competition form.

2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection

3.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
3.2. The draw will take place within seven days after the competition closes.
3.3. The winner will be notified via email  within 14 days of the competition end date.
3.4. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial contact, they will forfeit their prize, and a new winner will be selected.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize is one (1) 2-in-1 Stargazer Multi-Terrain Pushchair.
4.2. The winner can choose the color of the pushchair from the available options provided by didofy.
4.3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4.4. In the event that the specified prize is unavailable, didofy reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

5. Prize Delivery

5.1. The prize will only be shipped to a valid address within the United Kingdom.
5.2. didofy will cover the cost of standard shipping.
5.3. The winner is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. didofy is not responsible for any prizes that are lost or damaged during delivery.

6. Publicity

6.1. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the competition.
6.2. This may include the use of the winner's name and/or image in online and offline promotional materials.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with didofy’s privacy policy.
7.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent, except where necessary for the purpose of administering the competition.

8. General Conditions

8.1. didofy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
8.2. didofy reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or who engages in any conduct that could damage the reputation of didofy.
8.3. The decision of didofy regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. didofy accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, didofy and its affiliates, employees, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant in relation to the competition or the prize.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
